Giving the world something to cheer about with Uproar.

The covid-19 pandemic had caused major losses in revenue for live sports and entertainment. But a select few sports organizations (like the UFC, WWE & NASCAR) were going ahead and making profits like never before.

UFC alone made a net Pay Per View revenue of 45.5 million USD in just one fight.

But there was something that I felt was missing…

The field of sports in a pandemic world was missing a cheering, jeering, roaring, screaming audience.

That’s when the idea of Uproar came to me. I toggled with the idea of creating a real-time immersive crowd experience that could connect fans from all over the world in the absence of the fervour of fans in the stands.

So with that in mind, I crafted a UX/UI experience to keep myself occupied during the 2020 lockdown and this is what I came up with.
